The following policies are intended to provide a safe and enjoyable lodging and camping experience for all of our guests. Violators will be asked to leave the motel and campground without refund. Holiday lodge reserves the right to revise these rules at any time.

Campground Rules:

Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7AM. Generators, diesel engines or bright exterior lighting are not allowed to operate during the quiet hours.

Vehicle is not permitted to drive down the backyard hill to the riverside campground except the maintenance vehicle of Holiday lodge.

Fireworks (including sparklers), firecrackers, explosives, firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in the campground.

River area: There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is not permitted. Fish at your own risk. A current Wyoming fishing license must be on each person while fishing. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Picnic tables and fire rings with grates are located throughout the campground. Please do not move any of the tables or fire rings. Only charcoal or wood should be burned in the fire ring and campfires are not to exceed one foot high. Please also clean out the fire ring before departing.

All garbage must be placed into the dumpsters. No curbside services.

Motel & Cabin Rules:

No cooking appliances in motel rooms and cabins.Smoking is prohibited in cabin, non-smoking motel rooms and hot tub room.

For the motel reservation, if cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Theft& Loss

The Guest and campers are responsible for securing their personal property, including, but not limited to, their campers and contents, vehicles, tents, or any other personal property. The motel and campground, its owner, agents, and employees are not responsible or liable for theft or loss of any kind, nor damage caused by acts of God, fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, lightening strikes, accidents, or vandalism. Guests are responsible for maintaining insurance on their campers, vehicles, and personal property.

Vehicle Policies

For the safety of children at play, the speed limit throughout the holiday Lodge property is 5 mph. Vehicle washing is not permitted. Unlicensed motorized vehicles and scooters are not permitted in the motel and campground. Golf carts are not allowed except for guests with disabilities. No Vehicle is permitted to drive down the backyard hill to the riverside campground except the maintenance vehicle of Holiday lodge.

Pet Policies

Pets must have all required shots. You must pick-up after your pet and properly dispose of the waste. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended at a campsite if you are staying in a tent.Pets can be left unattended in a trailer or RV as long as the pet does not disturb other campers. Pet charge is $15 per pet per night; pet room must be paid via credit card. Undeclared pet will be assessed a $50 fine per night.
